One line
PhotoRoute turns the geotagged photos already on your phone into a map of the trip you took.
Long version
Most travel apps need to be installed before you leave. PhotoRoute does not. Every photo you shoot already carries the place and time it was taken, so the app can reconstruct a trip you finished years ago — pick the photos, and the route draws itself.
From there it becomes a record: the full driving route with distances and travel times, every stop on the map, a countries map with the flags you have collected, and a shareable poster or 3D flyover video of the journey.
PhotoRoute is built for people who travel first and document afterwards — road trippers, van and RV travellers, and anyone whose camera roll is a better travel diary than their notes app.
